Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at sales@domointeriorsofas.com before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

Our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that by placing of any order from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A contract between the customer and the seller for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched.

Domo is the trading name of the seller, Domo Interior Design Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under number 8170530, Registered office address: 104-110 Longmoor Lane, Aintree, Liverpool. L9 0EJ.

Occasionally availability and delivery timescales of goods is subject to change. If this happens you will be informed of the changes and if you are not entirely satisfied then a full refund will be given. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen. All transactions and prices are quoted in £ sterling.

The availability of your order will be notified on your order confirmation. 

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.

Accepting your delivery
We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchases. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval for any reason, please call us within 14 days. We will be happy to make a refund or exchange. We ask that you return the items unused and in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note we can not refund special orders.

Please note larger items are sent with two man vehicles.  Our deliveries are scheduled in with you so you will know when they will be arriving.  Our drivers will take the furniture to your room of choice, unpack,  and remove the packaging on your behalf.  Please note if there is any possibility of items being returned at a later date (and within your 14 day return period) you must ensure all packaging is kept as per our terms and conditions.  We cannot accept any returns if items are not in their original packaging.

Before accepting your item, please thoroughly check inside the boxes beforehand at the point of signing, even if the boxes appear to be in perfect condition. If the items are not in perfect condition please do not accept them and contact us for a replacement to be sent while the delivery team is with you on 0151 378 6331. Please ensure you clearly mark the delivery paperwork with a description of the problem. Once items are accepted we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever. Signing for items as "unchecked" is not acceptable.

Please be certain your purchase(s) will fit through doorways, upstairs etc to avoid disappointment before you buy. If you are uncertain please contact us by email sales@domosofas.com or call us (within the UK) on 0151 378 6331 (outside the UK) 00 44 151 378 6331 and we will assist you. We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge of 20% and the cost of the delivery will be charged for items returned in this situation.

Delivery within the UK
In Stock items or small item orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days.

Larger item orders need more specialist care and handling and are, therefore, despatched either with our own vehicles or during busy times through our specialist furniture distribution agent. Please note this service does take longer but does ensure your item(s) arrives in the condition you would expect from us. You will be contacted once your order is ready and advised of an expected delivery date and time. For larger items please allow approximately up to 28 days for delivery.

We deliver to the whole of the mainland UK. We also deliver to the more remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Ireland, The Isle of Man, and The Isle of Wight but there a surcharge for this which is calculated on the size and weight of your order.

Our customers are contacted prior to delivery so you know when the delivery is arriving on which day and then again the morning of the delivery to advise whether to expect an AM or PM slot.

A white glove delivery service is available for larger items that require assembly at a cost of £150.00 per order, regardless of the amount of items purchased. If you choose the white glove service we will take the furniture to your room of choice, unpack, assemble and remove the packaging on your behalf.  This service is especially useful for assembling beds and armoires. Please note if there is any possibility of items being returned please keep the packaging as per our terms and conditions. We cannot accept items for return if they are not in their original packaging.

International deliveries
Larger international orders require specialist care and handling and are, therefore, despatched through our international agents. The service is door to door only and you will be contacted by your local Customs department when your item has landed prior to delivery to your home, so you will know exactly when to expect it.

Please make us aware if you are unable to handle your order at the door.  Often boxes are large and too heavy to move.  In these situations we strongly suggest allowing us to deliver to a local  home removals company instead so you can then arrange onward delivery with the appropriate help.

Remember there will be an import tax payable locally in most countries and/states which vary for your item(s). Before you make your purchase contact us by email due the different time zones confirming your zip code or address and we will provide you with an estimated price for your delivery prior to your purchase at sales@domosofas.com.

All international orders are despatched in bespoke made to measure phytosanitary IPSM 15 certified grates.  There is an additional charge for this service which will be confirmed at the time of order.

Although we have an exception track record for safe deliveries its not possible to insure mirrors or mirrored furniture. However, we pride ourselves with a 99% safe delivery with these fragile items to date.

Our Guarantee /Returns and Refunds
Larger items delivered by our specialist delivery teams in the UK can be returned for FREE by simply handing back the items at the point of delivery if they are not suitable for any reason. Outside the UK we will need to charge the cost of the return carriage. Smaller items can be sent back through the post office with Parcelforce.  When returning items through Parcelforce you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and compensation should the item be damaged or lost on its return journey. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchases. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval for any reason, please call us within 14 days. We will be happy to make a refund or exchange. We ask that you return the items unused and in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note we can not refund special orders.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is received damaged then we will, of course,  replace, exchange or refund including the cost of the delivery.

Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. It is not possible to cancel special one off commissioned or special orders once production has started.

To order non-stock or special items
It is possible to order non-stock or special items once we can provide an estimated delivery date. You can do this by contacting us at sales@domosofas.com with the product description and code. We will contact you and advise you of the expected date of availability.

Should an item be unavailable then you will be advised as soon as we receive your order and you will obviously have the right to cancel with a full immediate refund or your item can be put on to back order and we will advise you of the expected date of despatch.

Postal/shipping discounts
A postal discount for small items will always be given when multiple items are purchased and despatched together where possible. Each postal discount is unique to the weight and size of the items involved. Please contact us on sales@domosofas.com advising us of the items you are interested in and we will confirm a total delivery cost.

Errors 
Whilst every effort had been made to ensure all the information on our website is correct, we cannot be held liable for any errors. In the event our product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account to the amount of the incorrect price

Refusal of Transaction & Eligibility of Purchase  
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content in our website.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from our website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content from our website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Privacy Policy
Personal information submitted to us via this website will be used for the purposes of processing customers orders & sending our newsletters & special offers which you have specifically agreed to by email. We do not pass on your data for third parties, sell or use or any other purpose. Please note that the information you give to us to process your order is your responsibility.

Right to revoke any given consent
You always have the right to revoke any given consents at all times. Customer information is stored only for the purpose of processing orders and for the distribution of subscribed email newsletters & special offers.
